| Abstract: | Rice grows normally at the concentration of zinc in the soil from 0 to 100 ppm. The zinc toxicity symptom occurs when the Zn concentration at 1000 ppm is added to soil. Up to 3000 ppm Zn, the symptom is most severe, the yield is the lowest, and the Zn content of plant is the highest. Adding Ca and P under the same toxicity condition, the symptom lightens, the yield increases, and the plant Zn content decreaes. |
