| 摘 要： | 对栗蚕(Dictypoea japonica)丝粉、丝肽的氨基酸组成测定结果显示:栗蚕丝中含有人体所需的18种氨基酸和人体必需的8种氨基酸,属于全价蛋白质;丝粉中的天门冬氨酸、色氨酸、丙氨酸、丝氨酸、酪氨酸含量高于丝肽;芳香族氨基酸苯丙氨酸、色氨酸的含量以及长侧链氨基酸残基含量均高于大蚕蛾科的其它野蚕。分析氨基酸的组成认为,栗蚕丝粉不仅比其它野蚕丝粉具有更强的防止日光辐射的作用,而且具有更好的吸湿性,因而是一种优质营养性化妆品原料。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we investigated the amino acid content in the silk powder and peptide,produced from the silk of Dictypoea japonica.The result showed that it contains 18 kinds of amino acid that all needed by human,and 8 of those are essential for human dietary.Hence,the silk of Dictypoea japonica is complete protein.The content of Aspartic acid,Tryptophan,Alanine,Serine and Tyrosine is higher in silk powder than that in silk peptide,respectively.The content of Phenylalanine,Tryptophan and amino acid residues with long side chains in the silk of Dictypoea japonica is higher than that in silk of other species of Saturniidae,respectively.Compared with other silks,the silk of Dictypoea japonica presents not only more capability of UV protection,but also more capability of moisture absorption.Thus it would be the best raw material for nutritional cosmetics. |
