非1B/lR小麦雄性不育系花药发育的细胞学研究

摘    要:为了研究非1B/lR小麦雄性不育系花粉败育时期花药结构的变化,利用透射电镜对非1B/lR小麦雄性不育系732A及其保持系732B的花药发育过程进行了超微结构观察。结果表明,不育系花药中的绒毡层组织在单核花粉粒时期迅速解体消失,中层组织直到二核花粉粒期仍可以看到;保持系花药中的绒毡层组织解体缓慢,到三核花粉粒期才完全消失,但中层组织在单核花粉粒期就解体消失。由此表明,绒毡层与雄性败育有关,不育系中层细胞一直保持完整,可能是由于绒毡层迅速退化而造成的。

Cytological Studies on Anther Development of Non-IB/1R Wheat Male Sterile Lines

Abstract:In order to study the change of anther structure of non-lB/1R wheat male sterile lines at the stage of pollen abortion,the anther development of non-lB/1R wheat male sterile line 732A and its maintainer line 732B were observed by TEM. The results showed that tapetum tissue in anther of sterile lines deteriorated rapidly in the single nucleus pollen grain stage, the complete middle layer still could be seen in the two nuclear pollen grains phase. The disintegration of tapetum tissue was slow in anther of maintainer lines, the symptoms were disappeared completely until three nuclear pollen grains phase, but middle layer were disappeared completely in the single nucleus pollen grain stage.Therefore, tapetum is related to male abortion, middle layer cell can keep its completeness all the time, this is perhaps as a result of rapid degradation of tapetum.
