铁椆抗氧化性能的初步研究

摘    要:目的]初步研究铁椆的抗氧化性能及作用机理,从而进一步探讨铁椆的药用价值。方法]将30只大鼠随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F6组,每组5只,A组饲喂基础饲料,其余5组饲喂高糖高脂饲料,3周后对A、B组进行采血检验,以确定高糖高脂模型建立;其后C组(定为模型组)继续饲喂高糖高脂饲料,D、E、F组(分别定为铁椆叶低、中、高剂量组)分别饲喂含铁椆叶粉200.0、266.7、333.3 g/kg的加富高糖高脂饲料,3周后,检测各组大鼠肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,然后进行比较。结果]铁椆叶低、中、高剂量组大鼠肾脏SOD活性与模型组相比均出现了极显著性上升(P<0.01),而MDA含量均呈极显著性下降(P<0.01);在高、中、低剂量组之间也具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),高剂量的药性最好,中剂量次之。结论]铁椆叶中存在某些抗氧化成分,对高糖高脂症大鼠具有一定抗氧化的作用。

Preliminary Study on Antioxidation of Cyclobalanopsis glauca
Abstract:Objective] Antioxidation of Cyclobalanopsis glauca and its mechanism were preliminaryly studied.Furthermore,the medicinal value of Cyclobalanopsis glauca was discussed.Method] 30 big rats were divided randomly into A,B,C,D,E and F groups with 5 rats in each group.Group A was fed with basic diet,and the other five groups were fed with high glucose and fat feedstuff.After three weeks,blood sampling test was carried out in group A and B to confirm the establishment of high glucose and fat model.Group C(model group) continued to feed with high glucose and high fat.Group D,E and F were fed with high glucose and high fat,which added 200.0(low dosage),266.7(medium dosage) and 333.3 g/kg(high dosage) leaf powder of Cyclobalanopsis glauca,respectively.After three weeks,SOD and MDA contents in rat kidney were detected,and than compared.Result]Compared with the model group,SOD activity in rat kidney in low dosage,medium dosage and high dosage groups increased significantly(P<0.01),and MDA content showed extremely significant decrease(P<0.01).There were extremely significant differences among the low dosage,medium dosage and high dosage groups(P<0.01).Drug-resistance of the high dosage group was best,flowing with medium dosage group.Conclusion] There were antioxidant constituents in Cyclobalanopsis glauca leaves,which had certain antioxidation to high glucose and high fat rats.
