| Abstract: | The detoxification of rapeseed meal and the various methods to extract protein from rapeseed meal are introduced as well as the application of rapeseed protein in many fields are summarized in this paper. The two methods to extract protein from rapeseed meal including enzymatic and membrane separation are emphasized. |
