甜菜种子萌发中某些生理生化过程的变化

摘    要:本实验对甜菜种子萌发过程中的贮藏物质以及呼吸强度、过氧化氢酶活性、酯酶同工酶的变化进行了研究。研究结果表明:在种子萌发初期淀粉含量下降,还原糖含量增加,蔗糖在种子萌发24小时之内就消耗殆尽,蛋白质在萌发初期就存在着合成作用;种子萌发初期呼吸强度、过氧化氢酶活性、酯酶同工酶活性明显增强,可作为种子活力的生理生化指标;不同类型品种间的物质转化速度及代谢强度,均表现为高糖型品种大于丰产型品种,因此,这些代谢特点又可作为早期品种选择的参考生理指标。

A Preliminary Study on Some Physiological Biochemical Changes During Seed Germination

Abstract:The changes of storage matter, respiratory intensity, activities of catalase and esterase isoenzyme have been studied during seed germination in sugarbeet. The results indicated that the starch content decreased, the reducing sugar con tent increased, sucrose exhausted in the seed germination within 24h, and synthesis of protains were existed in the early stage of seed germination, and respiratory intensity, catalase and esterase isoenzyme activities were increased significantly in the early stage cf seed germination which could be used as physiological biochemical indexes of seed vitality, and that high-sugar varieties were higher than high-yield varieties in the speed of matter inversion and the metabolic intensity of different varieties. So, these metabolic characters could be used as the physiological biochemical indexes also in the early stage of varieties selecting.
