夏玉米苗期抗旱性鉴定指标研究

调查分析了玉米5大杂种优势群的种子萌发期、苗期及全生育期的抗旱性表现.结果表明,玉米的抗旱性与群的划分没有直接联系,划分杂种优势群时应适当考虑种质的抗旱性;玉米全生育期的抗旱性与胚芽长和胚芽干重关系最为密切,二者是玉米种子萌发期抗旱性的指示指标.玉米苗期的抗旱性代表指标是反复干旱后的成活率.筛选玉米自交系时,应注重选用胚芽长和胚芽干重高的材料.

Study on the Drought Resistance Estimation Indices with Summer Corn Seedlings

Investigations on the drought resistant behavior of five main corn herterosis groups were made during germination,seedling,and whole growing period and the analysis of relationship between the drought resistance of whole growing period and the other indices was also conducted.The results showed that there was not a direct link between the corn drought resistance and the group category.Thus when determine the corn heterosis groups the drought resistance strait of genotypes should be properly taken into account.The drought resistance of whole growing period was most closely related with the embryo length and the embryo dry weight.So it was an indicating index for drought resistance during seed germinating period.Whereas the drought resistant index during seedling period was the reviving rate after repeatedly droughts.When screening the self-crossing lines of corn,special attention should be paid to the materials with long embryo length and high embryo weight.
