摘    要:运用菌丝生长速率抑制法测定了42种植物甲醇提取物对番茄灰霉病的抑菌活性。试验结果表明,心籽绞股蓝、海南五针松、水马桑3种植物提取物对番茄灰霉病菌的抑菌作用较好,在5mg/mL浓度下抑制率分别为83.68%,76.21%,60.88%;并进一步测定心籽绞股蓝、海南五针松及水马桑对番茄灰霉病的毒力,其EC50分别为1.000mg/mL,3.275mg/mL及5.050mg/mL。心籽绞股蓝表现出对番茄灰霉病菌有较好的抑制作用,但其抑菌活性成分还需进一步深入研究。

Abstract:The antifungal activities of 42 species medical plant methanol extracts were tested on the Botrytis cinerea Pers. with a growth rate method. The results showed that the antifungal activities against the B. cinerea Pers. of Gynostemma cardiospermum Cogn. ex Oliv.,Pinus fenzeliana Hand.-Mazz. and Coriaria nepalensis Wall.
