摘    要:本文依靠近红外光谱技术对白茶进行总黄酮含量的快速判别。对 91 份来自不同厂家、不同年份和不同等级的 白茶进行总黄酮含量的测定,并采集白茶近红外光谱图,运用 TQ analyst 8.0 软件进行分析,比较了不同光谱预处理方 法,最终采用偏最小二乘法建立白茶总黄酮含量的定量模型。研究结果表明,所建立的总黄酮定量模型的相关系数为 0.999 77,校正均方根差为 0.043 5,验证均方根差为 0.180,验证集平均相对误差为 2.89%。该模型预测结果较好,能 够准确、快速、无损地对白茶总黄酮含量进行定量分析。

Abstract:Near infrared spectroscopy was used to quickly determine the content of total flavonoids of white tea. The content of total flavonoids of 91 white tea samples of different years and grades from various companies were determined. The near infrared spectrum of the samples was collected and analyzed with TQ analyst 8.0 software. A quantitative model of total flavonoids of white tea was finally established by partial least squares after different spectral preprocessing methods compared. The R, RMSEC, RMSEP values was 0.999 77, 0.043 5 and 0.180, respectively. The average relative error was 2.89%. The model had good prediction results and could accurately, rapidly and non- destructively analyze the content of total flavonoids of white tea.
