| 摘 要： | 分析了我国农产品加工装备存在的主要问题及与国外差距,国外的发展和国内新技术应用的状况,论述了先进加工装备是农产品加工健康发展的关键,提出加强对加工新技术新工艺的工程转化研究的支持,促进装备的技术进步,从而促进农产品加工业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the main problems about the agricultural products processing equipment are analyzed and it is difference with abroad,introduce the abroad development of new technology and domestic application status for the agricultural products processing,the healthy development of agricultural products processing is advanced processing equipment.This paper supports the new technology engineering transformation research,and promotes the equipment technical progress,so as to promote the healthy development for agricultural product processing industry. |
