食品安全学课程教学探索

摘    要:食品安全学是食品质量与安全专业的主干课程。依据食品安全学课程的性质与特点,对教学内容、教学方式与方法、考核方式等方面进行了探索,提出了案例教学法、调研教学法、互动教学法,取得了良好的教学效果,实现了高素质食品安全专业人才培养目标。

Abstract:Food safety is key course for food quality and safety majors.According as properties & characteristic of the courses, probe into teaching content,teaching methods,testing methods and so on,and put forward case teaching,investigation teaching and interactive teaching.The teaching quality is improved,and the aim of training the high-quality professional talents is obtained.
