摘    要:以樱桃的优良杂种优系F8、F10(Prunus.avium L.×Prunus . pseudocerasus L.)以及H8、H10(Prunus. cerasus L ×Prunus.pseudocerasus L.)为材料,MS和F14为基本培养基,通过添加不同浓度的6-苄基氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、 3-吲哚丁酸(IBA) 、赤霉素(GA3)进行杂种樱桃组织培养和快速繁殖技术的研究。结果表明:F14+6-BA (0.3~0.5)mg/L+GA30.1(单位下同)适合各个杂种优系初代培养诱导出植株,F14+6-BA (0.5~1.0)+IBA (0.1~0.3)+GA30.1能够很好的促进各个杂种优系分化不定芽,1/2MS+IBA0.5(或NAA 0.8)是各个杂种优系的最佳生根培养基。

Abstract:In Vitro culture and micropropagation for different selections of cherry plant hybrid including F8 and F10 (P. avium L.× P. pseudocerasus L.), H8 and H10 (P. cerasus L × P. pseudocerasus L.) were studied in this paper. It was showed that by taking MS and F14 basic medium supplemented with different combinations of plant growth regulators such as 6-BA, IBA and GA3, the micropropagation technologies including preliminary culture, subculture and rooting culture were successfully established. Medium F14+6-BA (0.3~0.5)mg/L+GA30.1mg/L is suitable for preliminary culture of the tested selections, F14+6-BA (0.5-1.0) mg/L +IBA0.1 mg/L +GA30.1 mg/L is an optimal subculture medium for proliferation of the In Vitro shoots, satisfactory rooting response can be obtained on medium 1/2MS+IBA0.5 ( or NAA 0.8) mg/L.
