低压条件下番茄贮藏效果的研究

摘    要:以番茄为试材,研究了低压条件下番茄呼吸强度、硬度、Vc、果皮颜色和好果率的变化,旨在为低压贮藏技术的推广和应用提供理论支持。结果表明,低压延缓了番茄呼吸高峰的出现,降低了呼吸峰值,较好地保持了番茄的硬度、Vc含量和好果率,推迟了番茄的转红,有效延缓了番茄的衰老。试验表明,低压对番茄有良好的贮藏效果。

Abstract:Tomato was used to investigate the changes of respiratory intensity,firmness,vitamin C,fruit color and rate of fresh under hypobaric condition,in order to provide theoretical support for promotion and application of hypobaric storage technology.The results showed that hypobaric storage could postpone the appearing time of respiratory peak and degrade value of the peak.It also could keep firmness,vitamin C content and crisp fruit rate higher and restrain the change of color than that of CK.Hypobaric storage could delay tomato's senescence.Thus hypobaric storage had good effects on the storage of tomato fruit.
