发展非公有制林业对县域经济发展有重要意义,针对当前在发展非公有制林业中尚存在的诸多问题。提出深化林地制度改革,减轻税费负担,改革限额采伐管理制度以及加大投资扶持力度等对策和建议。

Non-public Forestry: Developing Way of County Forestry

Expanding the non-public forestry is an effective approach for Nanping County, Guangxi to realize the leap-forward development of local forestry, and also the key measure to adjust economic structure and reach investment diversity. Meanwhile, forestry shall become a backbone industry to improve peasants' income and government finance as well as ensure the economic and social sustainable development of the county. However, there are still many problems exist in non-public forestry, so we have to take effective and powerful countermeasures to solve them and continue to reform related systems.
