| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省悦来灌区地处寒带，是省内大型灌区之一。分析了该灌区原有的水利工程条件和存在的问题，针对冻土地区冻害直接影响冬季节水防渗的特点，针对性地提出并实施了节水灌溉技术，取得良好效果。为冻土地区的节水灌溉工作提供了成功经验。

| Abstract: | Analyses the original irrigation works conditions and existing problems of Yuelai irrigationregions,according to the characteristic of freeze injury of frigid zone and manufacturing price which is directinfluence in the economizing on water and the prevention of permeation. The article puts forward lots ofmeasures to prevention of permeation. Puts into effect of the project to appropriate economize on water andmake the best possible use of irrigation technology, which makes considerable headway. It will be certainlyimportant to play an exemplary role and carry the work of economize on water to irrigation a step forward infrigid zone. |
