| 摘 要： | 细胞程序性死亡是细胞遵循自身生命活动程序,并受多种因子调控的一种主动、积极的死亡方式,它是植物和动物发育过程中的一种普遍现象,已成为当前生物学的研究热点之一。近年来随着动物中PCD研究的深入,植物PCD亦得到相应的研究。本文从PCD的形态学类型、植物PCD一般特征、植物生长发育过程中以及植物—病原物互作间的PCD等方面的研究进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Programmed cell death (PCD) controlled by multi-factors is an active behaviour of term inating life, which follows itself programme. It is a commonly encountered life phenomenon in plants and animal during their growth and dvelopment, presently it has become one of hot points of researchs on biology. In recent years, PCD is further researched in animals as well as in plants. In this review, we summarize the studies on the morphological types of PCD, the features of PCD in plants, The phenomena of programmed cell death during vegetative and reproductive phase of plant development and the interactions of plant with pathogen. |
