摘    要:以外加热法作对照,研究了不同氧化剂与土样配比、环境温度等因素对水合热法测定土壤有机质含量的影响,并分析了不同方法测定的土壤有机质含量与土壤有机质中胡敏酸、富里酸的关系,为水合热法在测土配方施肥领域的推广应用提供参考。结果表明,采用水合热法测定土壤有机质含量的最佳氧化条件是:浓硫酸与重铬酸钾标准溶液体积比为2∶1,土壤称样量为氧化剂消耗量的1/2,23℃左右室温或63~93℃水浴保温氧化30min。

Abstract:The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of different oxidants on soil organic matter using different soil samples in combination with environmental temperatures and some other parameters by hot hydration method, and to analyze the relationship between soil organic matter content and its components, viz., humic acid and fulvic acid. The oil bath heating method was used as the control. The results showed that the best oxidation condition for determining soil organic matter by hot hydration method can be availed by use of 2:1 ratio of H2SO4 to K2Cr2O7 (v/v), 1:2 ratio of soil sample weight to oxidant consumption amount and 23℃ temperature or 63-93℃ water temperature for 30 min.
