| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种能够自动加工水饺的机器的设计过程,采用注入饺子馅的方式进行水饺的包制.介绍了将面块加工成面管的输面与面管成形机构的结构及其工作原理;同时,分析了将饺子馅注入到面管中的输馅机构的结构及其工作原理,并对水饺成形机构的结构及其工作原理进行了论述.

| Abstract: | The article introduces the design process of the dumpling auto-Processing machine. The characteristic of the machifie is injecting the stuffing during the process of making dumpling. Firstly, it introduces the structure and working principle of flour conveying and paste pipe molding frame, then analyzes the structure and working principle of stuffing conveying frame, finally discusses the structure and working principle of the dumpling-molding machine. |
