草莓果实发育过程中Ca、K、Fe、P的变化动态研究

摘    要:对达赛莱科特和447-3草莓果实发育期Ca、K、Fe、P含量的变化规律进行研究,进一步明确矿质元素对草莓果实品质的影响,旨在为草莓施肥和品质调控提供科学依据。结果表明:草莓果实发育期间果实内4种矿质元素含量大小顺序为K>Ca>Fe>P;K在整个草莓果实的发育过程中维持较高水平;Ca、P含量在果实发育前期较高,随果实发育成下降的趋势;Fe含量在果实发育过程中呈现出高—低—高—低—高—低的趋势。

Abstract:The variation of Ca,K,Fe,P content was studied during fruit developing process of Fragaria ananassa Duch.Darselect and 447-3.By the study,we determined the effect of mineral elements on the fruit quality and would get scientific proof for fertilization and fruit quality control of strawberry.The results were as follows.Comparison of four mineral element content was K>Ca>Fe>P during fruit development.The content of K kept a higher level in fruit development stage.The contents of Ca,P were higher in the earlier period of the fruit developing process and decreased later.The content of Fe was high-low-high-low-high-low in fruit development stage.
