基于BP神经网络的淮海经济区城市竞争力评价

摘    要:
运用人工神经网络(ANN)的理论和方法,构建了ANN模型分析中应用最为广泛的BP网络,并对2005年淮海经济区的20个城市竞争力水平进行了评价,求出各城市的竞争力评价值;根据评价结果,采用聚类分析法,将淮海经济区城市竞争力水平分为城市竞争力强、较强、中等、较弱、弱5个级别,并相应给出评析。结果表明:山东和江苏的城市的竞争力占有明显的优势,其中徐州的评价值最高;区内城市竞争力评价值高于平均值和低于平均值的城市个数相近,说明区内城市竞争力水平差异并不悬殊。

Abstract:
By application of artificial neural networks(ANN) theory and method,BP network which was a widely used artificial neural network model was constructed.Urban competitiveness of 20 cities in Huaihai Economic Region in 2005 was evaluated and their evaluation value of urban competitiveness was obtained.On the basis of the evaluation,it classified into 5 levels such as strong,relatively strong,medium,relatively weak and weak by cluster analysis and evaluated them resp.The result indicated that the evaluation values of cities from Shandong and Jiangsu had obvious advantage,and that of Xuzhou was the highest.The number of cities whose evaluation value was higher than the average value was near with that was lower than the average,and it indicated that the difference of the urban competitiveness of the 20 cities was not great.
