白屈菜快速繁殖技术研究

摘    要:为保护濒危植物白屈菜的野生资源,以白屈菜具有生长点的茎段作为材料,进行了生长点的伸长生长、生长点的分化、试管苗的生根、试管苗的生根继代和移植的研究,建立起白屈菜的快速繁殖技术。结果表明:在无光的条件下,1/2MS+BA0.1mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+GA0.4mg/L是白屈菜嫩茎生长点伸长生长的理想培养基;MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是白屈菜生长芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L是白屈菜不定芽生根培养和生根继代培养的理想培养基;移植到山坡上试管苗各种生物性状不变,生长旺盛。通过生长芽分化培养和生根继代培养2种方法可达到快速繁殖的目的。

Study on Rapid Propagation of Chelidonium majus

Abstract:The asexual line of Chelidonium majus was established by the studies on the development of growing point,differentiation of adventitious buds,rooting,cutting and tube seedlings transplantation.The results showed that the optimum medium for growth of stems was 1/2 MS+ BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+GA 0.4 mg/L with no light,the optimum medium for differentiation of buds was MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,1/3 MS+ NAA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L was the optimum medium for root induction and multiplication culture.The tube se...
