小麦抗条锈病基因检测的专家系统研究与设计

摘    要:小麦条锈病严重危害我国小麦生产,筛选抗病基因培育抗病品种显得尤为重要。针对以往依靠人工进行基因检测费时低效的实际问题,本文研究并设计了小麦抗条锈病基因检测的专家系统,重点介绍了该系统知识库的构建和推理机的设计。

Abstract:Our country's wheat production is endangered by wheat stripe rust seriously, so it is very important to filtrate the disease-resistant genes and cultivate the resistant varieties. Anciently, we rely on manual genetic testing, which is time-consuming and inefficient. In the face of that problem, we research and design the expert system from identification of resistance genes to wheat stripe rust, in this paper, and focus on the construction of the knowledge base and the design of the inference engine.
