新型农民移动教育学习体系的探讨

移动通信技术的飞速发展，网络环境的大力改善，特别是第三代移动通信技术3G的兴起，新型农民教育有了新的培育途径。本文分析了移动教育对新型农民培育的优势，提出移动教育学习体系结构、教学资源及学习环境的构建，以及对体系建设过程中应注意的问题进行了进一步的分析，包括与农民信箱、农网等的协作，基层人才、信息资源建设、培训过程的交互性等问题。

Studies on mobile-education system of modern farmers

Education of modem farmers has a new way of training owing to rapid development of mobile communication technology, dynamic improvement of network construction, and particularly the upsurge of 3G technology. Advantages of mobile-education on training of modem farmers are analyzed, and propositions are made on systematic structure of mobile-education, teaching resources, as well as building of training environment. Some unavoidable issues, including collaboration with farmer mailbox and agricultural network, cultivation of grass-root talents, construction of informational resources, interactions in training, etc., are further studied in course of systematic construction.
