廊坊市生产资料供销系统电子商务平台研究

摘要：在信息化建设飞速发展的今天，廊坊市农业生产资料公司供销体系必须进行信息化管理，才能适应社会不断发展的需要。本文有着明确的应用背景，研究的目的在于实现廊坊市农业生产资料供销体系信息化。农业生产资料供销体系是为“三农”服务的合作经济组织，对各区市县各类生产资料供销体系设置授权，实行信息资源共享，科学化管理。本文在对廊坊市农业生产资料供销系统信息化情况进行分析的过程中，着重研究了以下几个问题。首先，建设行业集群网站，即生产资料供销合作网，凭借丰富的农业信息资源、先进的网络技术，以及简洁清新的结构和便捷的专业应用功能，为农业生产资料供销体系流通行业及用户架起了一座信息沟通的桥梁；建立农业生产资料供销物流管理系统，以便物流向着标准化、网络化、一体化的管理方向发展；建立客户关系管理系统（CRM），改善用户服务、缩短从订货到交货等全周期时间、提高分销质量和降低分销成本。

Research on electronic business platform of langfang means of production supply and sale system

Nowadays information-based construction has been developing fast, so the system of supply and sale of agricultural means of production company in our city should be managed using information technology to suit the requirement of social development. In this article the application background is specific. The purpose of research lies in carrying out the informationization of the system of supply and sale of agricultural means of production company in our city, which is a group of cooperation economy supplying service for ＂agriculture, country village and farmer＂ . The organization can impower its subordinate to realize sharing the information resources and scientific management.During the analysis of LangFang agriculture means of production supply and sale, the following questions were discussed. First integated trade web station was set up. That is a supply and sale cooperating web with the function of information bridge between users and system of supply-sale, set up by agriculture information resource in abundance, advanced web technology, terse construction and convenient function of application. Secondly, client relationship management （CRM） was set up to ameliorate the service, cut short the period between ordering and delivering, improve the quality of distribution and save the cost of distribution.
