摘    要:本文通过信阳毛尖产区生态环境因子与其它主要茶区对比、分析;结果认为,应克服单产低缺点,采取有效措施,充分发挥品质优势,提高毛尖茶的声誉,将自然资源优势转化为经济优势。

Analysis on the Meteorlogical Factors in the Producing Area of Xinyang Maojian Tea
Abstract:Theauthorofthis article stualied and analysed the meteorological factors in the producing auea:of xinyang Maojian Tea, and compared the factors wish those of other oell -known teas'. It shows thatthe per muaura yield ofxinyang Maojian Tea is lower than the others ,but the meteorological factors in this area are suitable for the accumulation and the increase of the effective ingredients andotherflavor contents in tea , suchas , amino alids and phenols ,and etc . ets . So the conclusion is reached ,thatis,this prlducig aura of the green tea is the one most suitable for growing teas oith high pualities .
