| 摘 要： | 目的]比较研究了2种抽提车轮虫DNA的方法，苯酚-氯仿法与试剂盒抽提法。方法]采用苯酚-氯仿法与试剂盒抽提法对采自重庆地区淡水鱼外寄生的纤细小车轮虫进行了DNA抽提比较研究。通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术和核酸蛋白检测技术对所抽提的DNA及PCR扩增产物进行了分析。结果]苯酚-氯仿法抽提的DNA中杂质含量较少，但需要的车轮虫个体数量多；而试剂盒则可有效地抽提极微量的车轮虫DNA，对于无法进行单克隆培养的生物或无法得到足量标本的种类，则具有更好的应用前景。结论]在试验过程中可以根据研究的实际情况因地制宜地选择使用不同的方法，以达到高效、经济的目的。
