汞对大豆种子萌发中膜脂过氧化及体内保护系统的影响

摘    要:HgCl2对大豆种子萌发过程中幼苗膜脂过氧化水平、细胞膜透性、保护酶(CAT、SOD、POD)活性、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,随着HgCl2浓度的升高,细胞膜脂质过氧化水平升高,细胞膜透性增大,CAT活性降低,SOD、POD活性升高,组织可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量升高。

Abstract:The effect of HgCl2 on membranelipid peroxidation,permeability of plasma membrane,activities of protective enzymes,superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD),contents of soluble sugars and sbluble protein of young soybean seedlings during germination was studied.The results showed that with the the increase of concentration of pretreatment HgCl2,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,permeability of plasma membrane,activities of SOD and POD,contents of soluble sugars and soluble protein increased,while activities of CAT decreased.
