| 摘 要： | 土地承包经营权流转是稳定和完善农村基本经营制度的重要内容,是伴随农村劳动力转移和农村经济发展出现的客观经济现象。对2007—2009年以来有关研究农地承包经营权流转现状、问题和金融支持农地流转的文献进行了整理和综述,以期对农地经营权流转和金融业支持农地经营权加速流转的研究和实践提供参考。

| Abstract: | The circulation of land contracted-management right was an important aspect of the stabilization and improvement on rural basic management systems.And it was an objective economic phenomenon emerges as rural labor force transferring and rural economy developing.This article reviewed and systemizeed related literatures on current situations,problems and financial support to the circulation of rural land contracted-management right from 2007 to 2009.It would be helpful to regearches and practices of the circulation of land contracted-management right and financial support to its acceleration. |
