蚯蚓粉替代鱼粉对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响

本试验研究了利用畜禽粪便养殖蚯蚓，以蚯蚓粉替代等量鱼粉（进口）组成的日粮对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响。结果表明，平均蛋重饲喂蚯蚓粉的Ⅰ组鸡较饲喂鱼粉的Ⅱ组鸡高１．９９ｇ，分别为６１．６０ｇ、５９．６１ｇ（ｐ＜０．０５）；日平均产蛋量试验Ⅰ组比Ⅱ组高１．９２ｇ，分别为３５．７９±５．４５ｇ、３３．８７±５．６８ｇ（ｐ＜０．０５）；产蛋率、破蛋率等指标差异不显著（ｐ＞０．０５）；料蛋比分别为２．４７±０．４０、２．９０±０．４２（ｐ＜０．０５），结论是，蛋鸡日粮中加入５％的蚯蚓粉，不仅可以替代等量鱼粉，而且还能降低蛋鸡的饲料消耗量，提高产蛋量和蛋重。蚯蚓粉是蛋鸡的一种优质蛋白质饲料。

Effect pf earthworm Substituting Fish Meal on the Egg Yield of Laying Hens

The effect of the diet,in which fish meal was substituted by the earthworm fed withanimal and poultry faeces,was studied,The results showed that the egg weight of the hens fed withthe diet containing earthworm was 2g heavier than than of the hens fed with the diet the diet containing thefish meal,which were respectively 61.60 g and 59.61g per egg(p<0.05).The differences of the porcentage of broken eggs and egg productivity were not significant between the two groups (p>0.05).Ratio of feed to egg fwas 2.77±0.40 and 2.90±0.42respectively (p>0.05).These indicat-ed that the earthworm could not only substitute the fish meal in the diet,but also decrease the feedconsumption.
