| 摘 要： | 探讨了生态环境保护与建设对于海峡西岸经济区建设的重要意义，分析了森林生态系统和海洋生态系统的现状及在福建经济社会发展中的重要作用以及福建经济发展所处的阶段对生态环境保护和科技进步的要求，探讨了科技进步在福建生态环境的保护与建设、经济增长方式转变等方面的作用，并提出了依靠科技进步推进福建生态环境可持续发展的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The importance of protection and construction of eco-environment in building an economic zone on the west side of the Straits is discussed. The current status of ecosystems of forest and marine their role in Fujian economic and social development, the demands of Fujian economic development status for the eco-environment protection and the science and technology progress are analyzed. The role of science and technology progress in Fujian econviromnent protection and construction, transformation of the mode of economic growth is explored. Accordingly the policy of depending on the science and technology progress to accelerate the sustainable development of Fujian eco-environment is proposed. |
