| Abstract: | in this shudy, the Bovine-Rv has been cultured with thrdd cell lines (MA-104 ine and LLc-Mk2 line and Hela line)and the biological charactors have been compared among these three cell lines. Based on the Biological Charactors of the LLc-Mk2 That is only nfeeted with Bovine Rv without Cytopathic effects (cpe) pearing,we try to transferLLcMk2 cells infected With Bovine RV FROM THE TUBES TO THE GLASS-pieces,The resuly is satisfaction. This study also includes the LLc-Mk2 Cells infected with Calf diarrheric feces which have been infected with Bovine Rv that has been identified by RNAPAGE and EliSA, through cell cultruing,The cells infected with Bovine Rv can be detected by IFA and EIA. |
