摘    要:通过对镉污染水稻土籼、粳稻分蘖、孕穗、灌浆和收获期根表铁膜的铁、镉和根系镉含量的测定,研究淹水、覆膜、覆草和湿润栽培对籼、粳稻吸镉量的影响。结果表明:1)分蘖期,淹水和覆草栽培籼稻根表铁膜铁含量高于粳稻;覆膜和湿润栽培的粳稻根镉含量高于籼稻。2)孕穗期,淹水和覆膜栽培的籼稻根表铁膜铁含量高于粳稻;湿润栽培的籼稻根表铁膜镉含量高于粳稻;覆膜、覆草和湿润栽培的籼稻根镉含量低于粳稻。3)灌浆期,淹水和湿润栽培籼稻根表铁膜铁含量高于粳稻;覆膜和湿润栽培的籼稻根表铁膜镉含量低于粳稻;根镉含量籼稻低于粳稻。4)收获期,根表铁膜铁含量籼稻低于粳稻;根表铁膜镉含量覆膜栽培的籼稻高于粳稻;根镉含量覆膜、覆草和湿润栽培的籼稻低于粳稻。

Abstract:The effects of different cultivation practices-traditional flooding (TF), film mulching (FM), straw mulching (SM) and wetting cultivation (WC)-on Cd concentrations in Indica and Japonica roots and Cd and Fe concentrations in iron plaque outside roots at different growth stages (tillering, booting, filling and harvest) were studied on Cd-polluted paddy soil. The results showed that 1) At tillering, Fe concentrations in the rootiron plaque of Indica were higher than that in the root iron plaque of Japonica in TF and SM;Cd concentrations in roots of Japonica were much greater than that in the roots of Indica in FM and WC. 2) At booting, Fe concentrations in the root iron plaque of Indica were much greater than that in the root iron plaque of Japonica in TF and FM; Cd concentrations in the root iron plaque of Indica were greater than that in the root iron plaque of Japonica in WC.3)At filling, Fe concentrations in the root iron plaque of Indica were greater than that in the root iron plaque of Japonica in TF and WC; Cd concentrations in the root iron plaque of Indica were much lower than that in the root iron plaque of Japonica in FM and WC; and Cd concentrations in roots of Indica were lower than that in roots of Japonica in all practices. 4) At harvest, Fe concentrations in the root iron plaque of Indica were lower than that in the root iron plaque of Japonica in all practices.
