赤霉素对盐胁迫下番茄种子萌发特性的影响

摘    要:以“红贝蕾”番茄品种为试材,在100 mmol/L NaCl盐胁迫下,用不同浓度GA3浸种,观察种子萌发情况,探讨盐胁迫下不同浓度GA3对番茄种子萌发的影响.结果表明:在50~100mg/L浓度范围内,随着外源GA3浓度的升高,番茄种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数、胚根长和下胚轴长逐渐升高,丙二醛含量逐渐降低;而高浓度(250mg/L)的外源GA3浸种处理,则抑制种子的萌发.适宜浓度GA3对盐胁迫下番茄种子发芽均有不同的促进作用,以GA3浓度为100 mg/L时作用效果最佳.

Abstract:'Hongbeilei' tomato was used as the test material,the seeds were soaked with different concentrations of GA3 to determined the effects on tomato seed germination under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress,the effect of different GA3 on germination of tomato seed were discussed.The results showed that in the range of 50~100 mg/L,the germination energy,germination percent,germination index,radicle length and hypocotyl length increased,and MDA concentration decreased gradually with the rise of GA3 concentration in seed soak...
