摘    要:通过对不同品种苹果、梨套袋处理,研究套袋对果实外观品质、口感及内在品质的影响.结果表明:套袋苹果果面光洁、鲜亮、色泽均匀一致,但维生素C含量、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、可溶性固形物含量低,口味淡,和未套袋苹果相比差异极显著.而套袋梨颜色淡、鲜亮、果皮光滑、果点不明显、口感细腻,虽然维生素C含量、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物含量低于未套袋果,但二者未达显著性差异.

Abstract:The effect of bagging on the external appearance,taste and quality of apple and pear fruits were studied on different varieties.The results showed that bagged apples were glabrous,vivid and even in color and luster,but were mild in taste with significantly lower content of vitamin C,soluble sugar,titratable acid and soluble solids than those of unbagged.Bagged pears were light and vivid in color,smooth and unconspicuous in dots and gelation,nice in taste,but lower in content of vitamin C,soluble sugar and s...
