| 摘 要： | 大球盖菇(Stropharia rugoso-annulata)又名酒红色球盖菇、皱环球盖菇,隶属于担子菌亚门(Basidiomycotina),层菌纲(Hymenomycetes),伞菌目(Agaricales),球盖菇科(Strophariaceae),球盖菇属(Stropharia)1]。大球盖菇抗逆性强,易栽培,是联合国粮农组织(FAO)向发展中国家推荐栽培

| Abstract: | Stropharia rugoso-annulata basidiospores were collected from fruit bodies and single spore clones were isolated. Sixty monokaryon strains were confirmed by the presence of clamp connections and separated by three-cycle spore-crossing tests into four groups containing 6, 14, 21 and 19 strains, respectively. Data indicated that S. rugoso-annulata has a tetrapolar mating system under the control of two genetic factors. |
