| 摘 要： | 探索农林本科院校高等职业教育人才培养模式及人才培养方案,重点研究其模式和方案中的实训教学体系和产学研合作教育网络对农林本科院校高等职业教育人才培养的作用.实训教学体系包括三个子体系即基础实训、专业实训、综合生产实践.在产学研合作教育网络中,教学活动、生产活动和科技活动三者互动互促,产研成果反哺教学,培养了一批农林高等技术应用性人才.经过近十年的研究与实践,形成了农林本科院校举办高等职业教育的办学特色.
