| 摘 要： | 在前人乡村建设理论的基础上,结合大学生就业创业热点问题界定了＂大学生工作站＂、＂新农人＂的新概念,提出了相应的模式与运行机制。从农村社区化建设的角度出发,丰富大学生工作站的各种功能与平台作用,推动农村经济、文化的发展。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the previous rural development theory and in view of the hot point about employment of university students,the concepts of ＂university student work station＂ and ＂new farmer＂ are defined and the corresponding mode and operation mechanism are proposed.From the perspective of rural community development,this model gives full play to the various functions of the university student work station and its role as a platform to promote the economic and cultural development in countryside. |
