基于AMMI模型的桑品种产量性状稳定性分析

摘    要:在桑品种育成与推广过程中,品种的性状稳定性已成为重要影响因子。应用主效可加互作可乘模型(AMM I模型),对北方蚕区区域性试验鉴定的桑品种产量性状进行稳定性分析。第1批鉴定品种的产量性状稳定性高低依次为晋选1号、禾桑、871、7946、7934、湖桑32号、黄鲁选、7435,产叶量显著高于对照湖桑32号的品种依次为7934、7946、黄鲁选、晋选1号、871。第3批鉴定品种的基因型与环境交互作用不显著,产叶量显著高于对照的品种依次为陕桑305、陕桑402、辽育16号、鲁诱1号、晋选7号。第4批鉴定品种的基因型与环境交互作用不显著,产叶量显著高于对照的品种依次为鲁插1号、昂绿1号、8837。

Abstract:In the breeding and spread of crop varieties, the stability of varieties is the most important factor.In this paper,using Addition Main effects and Multiplication Interaction model(AMMI model),we analyzed the stability of the yield of mulberry varieties.The data were from identification results of 3 batches of mulberry varieties in the northern sericulture area.For the first batch,the most stability was Jinxuan 1,and Hesang,871,7946,7934,Husang 32,Huangluxuan,7435,in order.The varieties,which leaf yield were higher than that of Husang 32 significantly,were 7934,7946,Huangluxuan, Jinxuan 1,and 871,in order.For the third batch,the interaction between genotype of varieties and environment was not the important factor.The varieties,which leaf yield were higher than that of Husang 32 significantly,were Shansang 305,Shansang 402,Liaoyu 16,Luyou 1,and Jinxuan 7,in order.For the fourth batch,the interaction between genotype of varieties and environment was also not important factor.The varieties,which leaf yield were higher than that of Husang 32 significantly,were Lucha 1,Anglü 1,and 8837,in order.
