| 摘 要： | 通过研究DNA序列链之间的关联程度,构造出模糊矩阵.再利用模糊聚类方法进行聚类.运行该模型时,只要输入几个待定参数及阈值λ就可以将含有很多DNA序列链的集合进行分类.

| Abstract: | We constructed the fuzzy matrix through investigating the grade of relationship between DNA sequence,the assembled the DNA sequence chains by using fuzzy clustering.When input some undetermined parameters and threshold value ,we can classify the collection that contains a lot DNA sequence chains. |
