摘    要:对几个基本育成的广亲和恢复系的广亲和性和恢复力进行了验证;总结出广亲和恢复系可通过广亲和系/恢复系(粳或籼)的途径育成的结论;同时,还对广亲和恢复系在亚种间杂种优势利用中的有关问题作了讨论。

Abstract:In 1992, 4 widely - compatible restorer (WCR) lines (T32, T42, R30, t384) were crossed to 7 CMS lines (4 indica and 3 japonica) to test and verify their wide compatibility and restoring ability. The results showed that the averaged seed setting rates of F1 hybrids of T32,T42, R30 and t384 were 76.8%, 84.9%, 81.6% and 86.8% respectively, which indicated that they were all WCRs with a wide spectrum of compatibility and restoring ability to CMS lines. The pedigree was analyzed to the selected WCR lines and it was found that by way of crossing widely-compatible varieties (WCVs) with restorers, the WCRs could be acquired. In the paper, some problems related to WCRs in the utilization of heterosis between rice subspecies were also discussed.
