摘 要: | 以云抗10号和当地大叶种为对照,在保山市茶树良种场和澜沧县县乡企业开发公司茶果场对云茶春毫开展生态适应性试验。结果表明:云茶春毫的移栽成活率在92%以上,生长势较强;属丰产品种,产量比对照品种提高4.04%-31.25%;其内含物质丰富,尤其是氨基酸含量较高,达2.6%-3.1%,酚氨比值较低,为10.7%-12.3%;用其鲜叶制备的绿茶具有色泽鲜绿、白毫显露、香气高长、汤色明亮、滋味鲜醇等特点。另外,从茶树种植、茶园施肥、茶树修剪与采摘和病虫害防治等方面简要介绍了其栽培技术要点。

Abstract: | Taking Yunkang No.10 and local large-leaf tea tree species as control, the ecological adaptability experiments were conducted to the Yunchachunhao in Tea-Tree Species Farm of Baoshan City and Tea-Fruit Orchard of Lancang County Enterprises Development Company, respectively. The results showed that the transplanting survival rate of Yunchachunhao reached over 92% with strong growth potential; it is a high-yielding species, and its yield increased by 4.04%-31.25% in comparison with control; it had abundant internal substances, especially the content of amino acid was relatively high which can reach 2.6%-3.1%, but the ratio of phenol to ammonia was relatively low, which was 10.7%-12.3%. The green tea prepared by the fresh leaves of the Yunchachunhao has lots of good characters, such as bright green in color, obvious pekoe, significant and long-lasting aroma, bright liquid color, good and pure taste, etc.. Moreover, the key culture techniques of the Yunchachunhao were introduced briefly in terms of tea-tree planting, fertilization in tea plantation, pruning of tea tree, harvesting, controlling of diseases and insect pests. |
