脱落酸(ABA)对白三叶抗旱作用机理的初步研究

摘    要:本文就不同浓度ABA对干旱胁迫条件下白三叶植株功能叶片抗旱生理指标进行了研究,结果表明,ABA能明显减少叶片水分蒸发,降低叶片细胞膜透性,增加叶片细胞可溶性蛋白质含量,诱导生物膜系统保护酶SOD形成,从所测生理结果及复水前后白三叶生长状况来看,ABA最佳抗旱处理浓度为75mg/kg。

Abstract:A study was carried out on effects of different concentration ABA on Drought-Resistant physiology of White Clover. The results showed that ABA could reduce water e-vapotranspiration from the leaf of White Clover, lower leaf cell membrane relative permeabil-ity, improve solube protein content and induce guide composition of biomembrane system protect enzyme SOD. from the physiology target and the growth of White Clover before and after water-recovery, the result also showed that, the most Suitable ABA concentration was 75mg/kg
