摘 要: | 目的]测定黔东南金秋梨中的微量元素铁,为黔东南金秋梨资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。方法]通过正交试验优化组合,得到原子吸收分光光度计最佳工作条件;用四分法缩分试样,湿法消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金秋梨中的微量元素铁。结果]削皮金秋梨含铁0.91mg/kg,不削皮金秋梨含铁1.07mg/kg。该方法检测的线性范围为0.0000~3.0000μg/ml,标准曲线相关系数R为0.9995,特征浓度为0.091μg/ml,检出限为0.061μg/ml,加标回收率98.5%~103.0%,相对标准偏差为0.39%~0.93%。结论]金秋梨中人体必需元素铁含量高,具有较高的食用价值。

Abstract: | Objective] In order to improve the exploitation of the "Jinqiu" pears,the trace element iron was determined in "Jinqiu" pears of Qiandongnan of Guizhou province.Method] The best working conditions of FAAS was obtained by the orthogonal test.In the research four-fold classification and wet digestion method were applied in the process of determining the iron in "Jinqiu" pears.Results] The iron content of pared and non-pared "Jinqiu" pears was 0.91 mg/kg,1.07 mg/kg respectively.The linear scope was 0.000 0-3.000 0 μg/ml,correlation coefficient was 0.999 5,the character density was 0.091 μg/ml,the detection limit was 0.061 μg/ml,the marked percent recovery was 98.5%-103.0% and RSD was 0.39%-0.93%.Conclusion]It was concluded that "Jinqiu" pears contained high amount of trace element iron and accordingly it had higher food value. |
