摘    要:以遏兰菜的子叶和下胚轴为材料,进行了芽的诱导分化与生长,生长芽的生根、试管苗移栽和移植的研究。结果证明:MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L是子叶和下胚轴芽诱导分化培养的理想培养基;MS+BA0.3 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+GA30.5 mg/L是分化芽生长培养的理想培养基;1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+IAA0.2 mg/L是生根培养的理想培养基;在温室中试管苗易移栽成活;移植到生长地的试管苗保持了遏兰菜的所有生物学特征。

Abstract:The cotyledon and hypocotyledonary axis were usded as materials to study on the induction and differentiation of buds,rooting and transplanting of tube seedlings.The results suggested that the ideal medium for induction and differentiation of cotyledon and hypocotyledonary axis was MS+ BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,the ideal medium for development of buds and rooting culture was MS+BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+GA 30.5 mg/L and 1/2MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L respectively.In the glasshouse,the tube seedlings could be easily transplanted.The botanical characters could be all kept even the tube seedlings transplanted to the field.
