摘    要:随着科学技术的进步和国民经济的发展,我国的水产养殖业得到了迅速的发展并已成为世界第一水产养殖大国。但是随着水产养殖产量的提高和养殖规模的扩大,养殖环境恶化,主要养殖品种疫病严重,滥用药物等问题十分严重,导致养殖水产品质量下降。本文从养殖生产、市场流通以及人类食品安全等方面探讨了健康养殖与食品安全的重要性和紧迫性,并从技术、经济、政策法规等方面提出了一些建议和对策。

Abstract:With the progress of science and technology and national economy development, our fisheries industry has been developing rapidly and china has become a big country of the first fisheries culture. But with the increasing of fisheries culture production and the expanding of fisheries culture scale, the fisheries culture environment and the diseases on main culture species are much worse, and the problems of drug abusing are very worse too, which induce the quality of fish and decrease fisheries products production. The importance and urgency of healthy cultivation and food safety are discussed from the respects of culture production, market circulation and human food safety et al., and some suggestions and counter measures are put forward from the repects of technology, economy, policy and regulation.
