高黎贡山温泉嗜热菌的分离及生理特征研究

摘    要:
[目的]研究高黎贡山温泉一株嗜热菌的生态特征及营养需求特征,为高温微生物菌种资源研究提供参考。[方法]采集高黎贡山百花岭高山温泉水样,通过富集培养和平板划线分离纯化,得到一批嗜热菌。[结果]从分离得到的嗜热菌中选择其中菌落较大、生长势良好的GLGS3菌株进行研究。经测定,GLGS3菌株培养温度为45~65℃时,菌体生长情况较好,最适温度是50℃;GLGS3菌株的培养pH值为7.5~8.5时,菌体生长情况较好,最适pH值是8.0。该菌株的吲哚试验阴性,能分解葡萄糖产酸、产气。同时还能利用果糖、乳糖、麦芽糖、淀粉等多种糖作为碳源生长,能利用有机氮、硝态氮等氮源。[结论]对高黎贡山百花岭地区温泉样品中嗜热微生物生长习性的研究,有助于了解该地区温泉特定生境下可培养微生物群落类型。
