| 摘 要： | 为了选择大量培养蒙古裸腹溞时适宜的食物条件,进行了不同种类的食物和不同食物密度对这种溞的生长、生殖和内禀增长率的影响的研究。用4种藻类的试验结果,显示小球藻是最好的食物,扁藻和盐藻次之,叉鞭金藻最差.不同小球藻密度的试验表明,这种溞的最适食物密度可达到250～400万/毫升以上的小球藻,约相当于45～70毫克/升生物量,初步培养显示,用小球藻加马粪的混合培养液可以得到最好的效果.

| Abstract: | For the purpose to select suitable foods for cultiviating Moina mongolica, comparative experiments concerned with the effects of concentration and kinds of foods on the growth, reproduction and intrinsfc rate of increase of this cladocera had been carried out, The results reveal that amo,ng the four algaes in this tests, Chlorella sp. was the best food, Platym nas sp and Dunaliella saliua were inferior to the former, and Diorateria Zhaugiungensis was worst. The optimum density of Chlorella may be above 2.5-4millions/ml, which was approximately equal to the biomass of 45-70 mg/l. The primary culture tests showed that the best effect could be obtained with the mixed food of Chlorella sp and horse manure. |
