光照对天蚕生长发育的影响

摘    要:天蚕幼虫与茧(蛹)期,在温度25℃,相对湿度75%,幼虫体表与茧(蛹)层表面光照为130 lx的条件下,采用3种不同的光照时间,即16h(L)×8h(D)、12h(L)×12h(D)、8h(L)×16h(D),研究了光照对天蚕生长发育的影响。结果表明:12h(L)×12h(D)区组,全龄期经过37 d 19 h;幼虫发病率17.0%;茧(蛹)期经过时间短,成虫羽化率高,整齐,集中;结茧率83%;绿色、浅绿色茧,黄色、浅黄色茧分别为45.6%和54.4%,阴阳茧率为9.5%;茧层率为8.72%。

Abstract:The three kinds of light time 16 h(L)×8 h(D)、12 h(L)×12 h(D)、8 h(L)×16 h(D)were adopted to survey the effect of the light intensity on the growth and development of the giant silkworm in the periods of larvae and cocoon(pupa)under the condition of the temperature in 25℃.the relative humidity in 75%and the surface light 130 lx on the larvae and cocoon(pupa).The result showed that:in the block of 12 h(L)×12 h(D) the whole age of the giant silkworm was last 37 days and 19 hours;the larvae incidence was 17.0%; the period of cocoons(pupa) was short,the rate of adult emergence was high and intensive,and the cocooning rate was 83%;the cocoon with green,yellow and light yellow color accounted for 45.6%and 54.4%;the rate of Yin and Yang cocoon was 9.5%;the layer rate of green cocoon was for 8.72%.
