苹果褐斑病的研究——Ⅱ 品种间抗病性差异与理化性状的关系

摘    要:
苹果品种间对褐斑病存在抗病性差异,且某些品种的抗病性在苗期和成株期表现不一致。寄主的抗病性与叶面角质层厚度和叶内全氮量成正相关,而与游离酚、可溶性糖、磷和钾的含量无关。感病后,寄主的水分代谢和能量代谢发生改变,游离酚产生积累。

Abstract:
The resistance to Marssonina coronaria(Ell. et Davis) Davis of apple cultivars was studied. The results show that: apple cultivars are different in resistance to the pathogen, and some cultivars are different at the seedling stage and adult stage. The resistance is correlated to cuticle thinkness and nitrogen content, unrelated to free phenol, soluble sugar, P and K. Water and energy metabolism changes in the infected leaves and free phenol accumulates as disease developing.
