摘    要:因具有诸多生长和利用优势,芒属(Miscanthus)植物被视为极具潜力的新一代非粮能源植物而引起国内外广泛关注。在有关芒属的相关研究中核型分析是常规性实验,有一定重要性,而染色体图像处理是核型分析中的重要一环。本研究主要从曝光度调整、背景初步净化、染色体区域转移、染色体色调调整、染色体提取、交叉染色体分离以及同源染色体配对等环节报道用Adobe Photoshop软件对芒属植物若干类群的核型分析中的染色体图像进行优化处理的方法。实践表明,该方法可使染色体图像在不失真的前提下,变得美观、易观察,利于后续操作和分析,具有较强的现实意义。

Abstract:tudy of plants of Miscanthus is one of the topics of keen interest world wide because of their growth habits, huge potential utilization. So it is regarded as a alternative bioenergy plant to replace of grain crops. Karyotype analysis is important to the relevant research about Miscanthus, and chromosomal image processing is an important link in the process. This report was to optimize the key steps for processing of chromosomal images for karyotype analysis in some taxa of Miscanthus based on Adobe Photoshop software, including light exposure compensation, background preliminary elimination, removal of chromosomal images, color contrast adjustment, re arrangement of chromosomal image, separation of the crossed chromosomal region, and homologous chromosomes pairing. The images were pretty based on our methods. This report also provides a reference for chromosomal image processing in other plant species.
